Undiscovered pearl. This is how I would call this wonderful region "between the arctic circle and Lofoten".

Most tourists just drive through or pass by Hamarøy without bigger attention. But it is a mistake, Hamarøy has so much to offer. Perfect hiking, climbing, running, cross country skiing, photograhy opportunities etc.. This photo is taken from a hill above Oppeid toward the "Hamarøy sea kayaking paradise"
