It does, despite the fact that the last 10 years I was just climbing, running and lately skimountaineering, which all is not so good for flexibility etc. Body can work on high level for very long time, years/numbers are just artificial limits in your mind, just stop eating meat ( = my animal friends!!! ) and similar crap and never stop moving every day ;-)
